Gallops a breeze for Ready to Run prospects
20 Oct 2016

Trelawney’s nine two-year-olds have breezed up ahead of New Zealand Bloodstock’s Ready to Run Sale in November.

The quickest of the bunch was the Stratum x Lagonissi gelding (pictured at Waipa) who recorded a time of 11.30sec.   This is the second foal for a multiple winning Encosta de Lago mare who is out of dual Group One winner Foxwood.

“He’s a big strong boned gelding who moves well for a big horse. He has a very good temperament.” said Clayton Chipperfield who has done the early education and preparation leading up to the breeze ups.

All breezed up well pleasing connections and the horses have now transferred to Mana Park for the next month leading into the auction.
